O.J. Simpson’s white Ford Bronco from his 1994 chase is expected to go on sale for at least $1.5 million. The sale of the iconic SUV coincides with the 30th anniversary of the chase.

On June 17, 1994, nearly 100 million people were glued to their TV screens to watch the NFL star flee police after being ordered to surrender after the stabbings of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman. 

The vehicle owners rejected an initial $750,000 offer, expecting to secure a higher price. They are considering both public and private sale options to maximize the value.

Michael Gilbert, Simpson’s former agent and owner: “Before O.J. passed, we had always thought this was going to be the year we were going to sell because it’s the 30th anniversary. Who knows if we are all going to be around for the 35th or the 40th?”
