A millionaire has proposed creating a nation for people focused on anti-aging, potentially banning junk food and alcohol. Bryan Johnson outlined his vision at the Livelong Summit in Florida, suggesting the nation would initially be a global network before finding a physical location.

The plan includes pooling resources for access to health tests, therapies, and supplements aimed at longevity. The nation would also negotiate with other states for special treatment access, with a strict health regimen including a diet under 2,250 calories.

Johnson, who has built a following on his anti-aging philosophy, told the audience: “I’m wanting to build a ‘don’t die’ nation-state. The idea is that there are a lot of people in the world who are interested in health and wellness, they are parents, they are children, they are family friends – and they are people who believe that the world is structured in a way that is pretty corrosive to health.”
